Counselling session tailored specifically for mothers, providing a safe space to explore the challenges and triumphs of motherhood. Alexia is here to listen, support, and empower mothers as they navigate the complexities of parenthood, relationships, and identity offering personalized guidance and practical strategies. She can also identify perinatal mood disorders and address them together with you. Available on Zoom or in-person at a confidential location of your choosing within 5km of Metro Namur for an additional $15.
