Service Description

This is a package for total support throughout your entire pregnancy. It includes: - 1 intake consultation at the start of first trimester to set the stage for a healthy pregnancy, personalized prenatal supplement plan, and address risks/conditions/symptoms (1.5h) - 1 consultation at the start of second trimester to support that stage nutritionally and address conditions/symptoms (1h) - 1 consultation at the start of third trimester to support that stage nutritionally and address conditions/symptoms (1h) - 1 consultation at the end of third trimester in preparation for birth and the immediate postpartum period (1h) - 4 x 20 minute check in calls in the in between months (if desired/needed) - Unlimited access to me by text for the entirety of your pregnancy (replies guaranteed within 24h) Available on Zoom or in-person at a location of your choosing within 5km of Metro Namur for an additional $15 per session.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24h prior to the start time. 50% cancellation fee within 24h prior to the start time. 100% cancellation fee for no shows. * Exceptions can be made for sickness or emergencies, please email me. Note that justification will be required.
