It includes: - 1 intake consultation at the start of first trimester to set the stage for a healthy pregnancy, personalized prenatal supplement plan, and address risks/conditions/symptoms (1.5h - value $202) - 1 consultation at the start of second trimester to support 2nd + 3rd trimesters nutritionally and address conditions/symptoms (1h - value $135) - 1 consultation in third trimester in preparation for birth and the immediate postpartum period (1h - value $135) - 4 x 20 minute check in calls in the in between months (if desired/needed) (value $152) - Unlimited access to me by text for the entirety of your pregnancy (replies guaranteed within 24h) - Optional add-on: birth + postpartum kit with birth and recovery remedies and non-toxic postpartum care essentials (TBD) Price can be pro-rated if you're already past your first trimester.
