It includes: - 3 consults (1 per trimester) - 4 x 20 minute check in calls in the in between months (if desired/needed) - Unlimited access to me by text for the entirety of your pregnancy (replies guaranteed once a week) - Optional add-on: birth + postpartum kit with birth and recovery remedies and non-toxic postpartum care essentials (extra cost)
